Managed IT
Your whole IT department on a monthly plan: devices, users, patching, backups, licensing and vendor wrangling.
What is included
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff and devices
- Patching and updates for servers, PCs and Macs
- Backups with a restore test every quarter
- Asset inventory and licence tracking in your portal
- Vendor management: internet, phones, printers, software
- InfraGuard monitoring on every device
Managed IT is the service most clients start with. We take over the computers, accounts, email, backups and the pile of vendor logins nobody wants to own, and we run them the way an in-house IT department would if you had one.
You get a number to call, a portal to see what we did, and a monthly report in plain language. Every device reports into InfraGuard, our own monitoring platform, so problems are usually fixed before anyone notices them.
A good fit if
- You have outgrown the person who fixes computers on the side.
- Nobody can say for sure that the backup works.
- New hires wait days for a working laptop and an email account.
How it works
- Step 1
Assessment
A short call, then a visit if it makes sense. We inventory what you have and write a one-page map of risks and quick wins.
- Step 2
Onboarding
Agents, backups and documentation go in over the first thirty days with no downtime.
- Step 3
Run and review
Tickets answered by a person, a monthly report, a quarterly review of what to change.

On a service plan
Use your included hours for this.
Every plan includes hours of work or consulting each month, priority in the queue and InfraGuard monitoring. Most of what this page describes can be done inside those hours or quoted as a fixed project.
Start with an assessment.
A 30-minute call, then a one-page map of where you stand and what we would do first. No obligation.
