Our services
Twenty-one services. Four jobs. One number to call.
Everything below is delivered by the same small team, on a monthly service plan with hours included or as a scoped project. Start with the job you need done and we will tell you which services it actually takes.
Run and protect
Watched, patched and answered by a real person. The day-to-day IT department: patched, monitored, backed up and answered.
A good fit if
- You have 5 to 150 staff and nobody whose actual job is IT, or one person who is drowning.
- You have had a close call: ransomware, a lost laptop, a backup that did not restore, an email account taken over.
- You want a monthly plan with hours included instead of surprise invoices.
Managed IT
Your whole IT department on a monthly plan: devices, users, patching, backups, licensing and vendor wrangling.
Includes Onboarding and offboarding of staff and devices, patching and updates for servers, pcs and macs, backups with a restore test every quarter, asset inventory and licence tracking in your portal, vendor management: internet, phones, printers, software.
Help Desk
A person answers. Tickets by phone, email or the client portal, with response targets you can see.
Includes Business-hours support by phone, email and portal, after-hours on-call on the premier plan, remote fixes, and on-site visits across baldwin and mobile counties, how-to help, not just break-fix, ticket history and response times in your portal.
Co-Managed IT
You keep your IT lead. We add the depth: after-hours coverage, projects, security, documentation and a second opinion.
Includes Shared ticket queue with your team, escalation path to senior infrastructure and security engineers, project capacity on a plan or by the project, infraguard monitoring and sentinel website protection, documentation your team can read and keep.
24/7 Monitoring & Incident Response
Servers, websites and endpoints watched around the clock by InfraGuard, with a written plan and a named person when something breaks.
Includes InfraGuard agent on every server, PC and Mac, uptime and certificate checks on websites, portals and vpns every minute, security event and file integrity monitoring, backup verification with logged restore tests, incident response plan and retainer.
Cybersecurity
Assessments, multi-factor sign-in, endpoint and email protection, and incident response sized for a small business rather than enterprise theater.
Includes Security assessment against the framework you need, mfa and single sign-on rollout, endpoint protection and device encryption, email security and domain protection, vulnerability scanning and patch verification.

Business Continuity & Hurricane Readiness
A plan for the season we all plan around. What shuts down, what fails over, how staff work from wherever they evacuated to, and how fast you are back when the power is.
Includes Written continuity plan and recovery priorities, offline and out-of-region backups with restore tests, remote work kit: who needs what to work from anywhere, pre-storm shutdown checklist and post-storm recovery steps, communication templates for staff and customers.

Build
Software that fits how you work, then kept running. Software, storefronts and systems that fit how you already work.
A good fit if
- Your business runs on spreadsheets, a tool that stopped fitting, or a developer who left.
- You sell online and the storefront, inventory and payments do not talk to each other.
- Your ERP was customized years ago and nobody dares touch it.
Software Development
Internal tools, client portals, integrations and the odd thing nobody sells. Built to fit, documented, and kept running.
Includes Discovery and a written scope with options, build in small releases you can review, a test environment before anything touches production, documentation and hand-over, hosting, monitoring and backups.

Stop being the connection between your tools. AI where it earns its place, plain integrations where it does not, and reports people read.
A good fit if

- You want to use AI on your own documents and tickets without sending them to a public tool.
- Leadership asks the same three questions every month and the answers take a week.
