Every ticket in, every card swiped, covered.

Beachside seafood places, downtown dining rooms, coffee shops, bars, food trucks and small groups across the coast. Whatever the format, Friday night at seven is the test.

What matters here

  • A dead register or kitchen screen in the rush is the whole shift’s revenue.
  • Online ordering, delivery apps and the kitchen have to agree.
  • Guest Wi-Fi must never touch the point of sale.
  • Staff turn over constantly, so logins and training have to be simple.

What we set up in the first ninety days

Each item is written in plain words and becomes part of your documentation vault and evidence file.

Point of sale

  • Registers, kitchen screens and printers on their own protected network
  • Backup internet that cuts in automatically
  • Spare terminal and a paper fallback the manager knows
  • PCI scope reduced and the self-assessment answered

Orders

  • Online ordering and delivery apps feeding the kitchen directly
  • Menu and pricing changed once, everywhere
  • Reservations and waitlist that text the guest
  • Reporting by daypart, item and location

The building

  • Guest Wi-Fi kept apart from the business network
  • Cameras at the register, the back door and the walk-in
  • Phones that ring the host stand and roll to voicemail with hours
  • Music and screens that stay up

Staff and storms

  • Named logins, quick onboarding and offboarding
  • Register permissions by role
  • Storm plan: close, protect, reopen
  • A person to call at eight on a Friday

Questions we get

Can you really respond during a rush?

Yes. Clients on a service plan get a direct line, and most register problems are fixed remotely in minutes. The spare terminal covers the rest.

Our delivery tablets are a mess. Can you fix that?

Usually by feeding the apps straight into the point of sale so the kitchen sees one ticket queue.

Do we need to worry about PCI?

Yes, but not much once the payment network is separated and the self-assessment is done. We handle both.

First call

Start with a rush-hour walkthrough. We watch one service, check the network and the registers, and give you a plan ordered by what costs you a shift.
