The experimental side of Catalyst Group — platforms we’re actively building and testing, not yet sold as standalone products. This is where we try things before they become a service offering.
In development
- NexuS — a homelab & self-hosting automation platform: one menu-driven tool that deploys and manages Docker- and Ansible-based infrastructure — reverse proxy with automatic SSL, single sign-on, monitoring, backups and security — across 170+ applications and 20+ categories. It’s how we build and run the platforms behind our own services. More below ↓
- Patch & Network Monitoring Platform — a more advanced, self-serve view of patch status and network health for clients who want to see it themselves, not just hear about it from us.
- Campaign Voter Mapping — an interactive map for political campaign clients showing registered voter locations, built on top of the work we already do for Political Campaigns & Organizations.
Spotlight — NexuS
Infrastructure that deploys itself
NexuS turns a bare Ubuntu or Debian server into a fully configured, secured, self-hosted platform from a single menu. Choose what you want to run; NexuS writes the compose files, wires up the reverse proxy and SSL, configures authentication, and starts everything with production-ready defaults.
- 170+ applications — containerized and native, across media, monitoring, dashboards, databases, security, AI/ML, smart home and more
- Reverse proxy & SSL — Traefik with automatic Let’s Encrypt certificates
- Single sign-on — Authelia, Authentik, TinyAuth or Google OAuth
- Security built in — CrowdSec intrusion prevention, Docker socket protection, firewall bouncers
- Local, Remote or Hybrid — plain IP:PORT, behind a domain with SSL, or a mix
- Operations — stack manager, automated encrypted backups, health diagnostics, secrets management, GPU auto-detection
- Offline licensing — cryptographically signed and verified on-device, no phone-home
